Turnip sails with smoked salmon and creamy goat cheese

Turnip does not sound exciting, I know. Turnip sounds like a childhood nightmare (eat your vegetables! now!). But actually this crunchy and fresh veggie works as a base for some nice flavors and makes this a wonderful ‘amuse-bouche’ to have with an aperitif, while waiting for some serious meal to get ready.
