Well, maybe the ingredients are not typically Polish, but Polish chefs are really creative and there is lots of good ideas that I can get while eating out there! It has been cold and rainy the last days and I must admit that a warm, thick soup is something that I really feel like in the evening. This simple soup, with the addition of sweet gingerbread croutons becomes a real treat to start the meal with.
Another simple dish for a cold evening, quick and very easy to make especially if you bake the butternut squash and garlic ahead of time! And the baked garlic will make your house smell so yummy!
