Avocado with vinaigrette

It’s super healthy (all those good fats in avocados!), gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, vegan and I don’t know what else. But most of all it is super delicious. If you want to make an elegant starter at a party it will do. If you want to treat yourself to a nice and quick dinner after a long day, add a toast and it will do as well.
So simple that actually I am not sure whether I should publish a recipe below. The picture is self explanatory…
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 3-4 tbs vinaigrette
- ground pepper
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in two. Remove the pit.
- Pour the vinaigrette into the hole.
- Sprinkle some fresh ground pepper.
- Eat with a spoon, directly from the shell
