Chocolate chip cookies

A 100% guaranteed comfort food. We all need something like this from time to time… no matter how healthy we want to be after a long, tough day, sometimes this sweet and crunchy cookie will make it all look better.
And the smell! Mmmm!
Preparing the cookies takes barely 10 minutes, then you can just sit and watch the cookies in the oven…
Ingredients:
85g of butter
90g of chocolate chips (or any chocolate, just cut it into small pieces)
100g of white sugar
50g of powder sugar
130 g of flour
2g of bicarbonate
2g of salt
1 egg yolk at room temperature (or a whole egg, but then the cookies will be thinner and more crunchy)
Vanilla extract
Directions
Melt the butter and let it cool a bit
Mix the white sugar and powder sugar, add the melted butter and mix it well.
Add the egg yolk and vanilla and mix again.
In another bowl mix the flour, salt and bicarbonate. Add it all to the wet ingredients.
Add the chocolate chips and mix delicately.
Ideally cover the batter with plastic foil and put it in the fridge for 10 minutes. But if you can’t wait, just skip this step.
Use an ice cream scoop sprayed with cooking spray to place pieces of batter on a pan covered with baking paper.
Put in a hot oven (180 degrees for 14 to 16 minutes). The cookies may look undone, but after this time they will be done. They need to cool.
Now the most difficult part – wait for 10 to 15 more minutes before taking the cookies off the baking paper. Well, if you can. If you can’t, then try to wait long enough not to burn yourself.
And enjoy with a glass of milk!
